A subscription can be used by all customers who do not purchase these products as consumers (within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (the German Civil Code)), but as part of a
- commercial activity or
- independent professional activity.
This is the case, for example, if you purchase the subscription for a company, an organization, a public authority or for your freelance work.
